What's It Like?
I'll show up a lil early to take a look around, finding the best natural light possible. If we are shooting in your home, I may have to move things around but I promise to help put everything back. I welcome any ideas.
What We Do!
I offer both STUDIO & LOCATION photography in Jacksonville NC and surrounding areas. A perfect session to capture your special moments. Allow your loved ones to relax and truly immerse themselves in sharing a connection.
The studio offers a variety of choices in backgrounds that range in different colors and textures. I have an assortment of old furniture that serves as props and encourage browsing through our selection of accessories and clothing! I always recommend bringing a change of clothes to add diversity in your photos.
Outdoor locations offer settings in urban, country or beach...bringing the outdoor elements into your portraits. Using only natural light, I will determine the best time of day on the location of your choice.
Tips For Your Appointment:

PLEASE do not schedule anything immediately after your session. This will allow for "extra" time just incase we might go over a tad. You do not want to feel rushed.
- I generally recommend eating about 2 hours before your appointment and making sure you are well hydrated.
- Make a prioritized list of who you would like photographed i.e. 1st Family, 2nd Children, 3rd, Mom w/children 4th Dad w/children etc... Young children can be very unpredictable so keep that in mind when considering this!
- Bring image examples that you have torn out of magazines or found on the internet so when I meet with you I will have a good idea of the look you want to accomplish.
- Measure your wallspace to see what size images will fit with your homes space & decor.
- Bug Spray! Its a great thing you do not have to smell good for your photographs.
- The family pet is more than welcome to join in on the fun but don't forget a water bowl and a small treat for bribes.
